DetectCloak

Does not require an Ordnance file. Reveals hostile cloaked units (which can then be fired upon) within range of the owner's sensors.

Does not use range, shotDelay, or hitChance (never misses) ODF commands.

Length of time in seconds that the hostile cloaked vessel must remain within the owner's sensor range before being revealed.
