DetectCloak

Does not require an Ordnance file. Reveals hostile cloaked units (which can then be fired upon) within range of the owner's sensors.

Does not use range, shotDelay, specialEnergyCost, or hitChance (never misses), validTargets ODF commands. CloakDetect works passively as soon as its technology requirements are met and does not require a button.

detectClass

Integer, Default:

Must be set to 3. Hidden in the shadows and a mystery for all times.

detectTimer

Float, Default: 0.0

Has no effect in Stock Armada II or Fleet Ops. Presumably the length of time in seconds that the hostile cloaked vessel must remain within the owner's sensor range before being revealed.
