ODF Template Instructions

Either download the files from the links or copy the lines from each ODF template into a notepad document (name it appropriately with the .odf extension), and voila, ready for modding your new Fleet Operations' vessel / structure / weapon! Lines that have "//" written before them are automatically ignored by the Armada II engine and thus do not have to be deleted.

If you come across some commands that are not explained thoroughly enough, please cross-reference them with the appropriate listings in the ODF Commands page.

Completed ODFs should be placed in Path: Fleet Operations\Data\odf.fpq

Image Template Instructions

Image templates should be edited with advanced image software, such as GIMP or Photoshop so as to preserve the Alpha Channels. Completed images should be placed in Path: Fleet Operations\Data\Textures

Stock Armada II Sprite Instructions

Extracted stock sprites should be placed in the Sprites folder (Path: Fleet Operations\Data\Sprites) in the Fleet Operations installation. This will make adding a ship / station / weapon from Stock Armada II into Fleet Ops much simpler, as it becomes simple copy and paste (without having to worry about adding sprite entries for the weapons if they are from Stock AII).

Unit Value Calculator Instructions

Simply plug in the desired values into each blue input box. The white boxes are the output. For a better understanding of the calculator, please visit this section of the guide.
