The GameObject using the weapon explodes and fires an ordnance which cannot miss. Additionally, the target is propelled away and loses its engine for 10 seconds.
When the GameObject is given an order to attack with this weapon it deactivates all other weaponry.

When the weapon fails, the weapon's owner loses its crew and therefore is rendered derelict. The target and attacker both lose their engines for 10 seconds. The target vessel loses its shield for 4 seconds. Despite these temporary effects, no damage is distributed (the ordnance is not being shot).
