Does not require an Ordnance file.

A toggleable weapon which causes the owner vessel to explode and to trigger an explosion and accompanying shockwave. The explosion is hardcoded so that it uses a file called xselfbal.odf.

Note that if the SelfDestruct is toggled on prior to the owner Craft becoming derelict or captured, the weapon will still fire if not toggled off.

Does not use shotDelay command.
