This weapon plants a spy (indicated in the target's subsystem overview) on a random enemy unit which will reveal sensor data of the targeted unit. When the spy is planted, the player's screen jumps to center on the location of the spy.

Does not respect targetEnemyCraft, targetEnemyBuildings (these are always considered true). Does not obey validTargets.
