BeamToggle
When BeamToggle Ordnances are used on a target, the ordnance will last indefinitely (provided it does not use special energy or the weapon cannot be toggled on/off).
BeamToggle Ordnances are shot from the owner's hardpoints as a constant beam until after hitting the target.
